1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lighthouse Voyages online store and your purchase of products and services from Lighthouse Voyages LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Lighthouse Voyages," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
3. What we sell
- Digital trainings: on-demand video walkthroughs and related materials that teach you how to set up and use AI tools in your business.
- Done-for-you AI agent builds (AI Executive Agent, AI Operator Lite, AI Operations Team): we build, connect, and deploy an AI agent for your business. The scope, timeline, and guarantee for each build are set out in your service agreement.
- AI Bot Care: a monthly plan for hosting, updates, AI support, and training for your AI agent.
Our products are business education. They are not employment, investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
4. Digital product license
When you buy a digital training, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own learning and internal business use. You may not share your access link or login, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or record and republish the content. We may end access if these limits are violated.
5. Orders, pricing, and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
- Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. If you choose Shop Pay Installments, financing is provided by Affirm, is subject to eligibility, and is governed by Affirm's own terms.
- Pay As You Go: AI agent builds bought with the Pay As You Go option are paid in scheduled installments, as set out in your service agreement. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each due date.
- Failed or late payments: if a Pay As You Go payment fails or is not made by its due date, we will notify you and suspend your access to your AI agent, including the bot and the connected services we operate for you. Access stays suspended until all past-due amounts are paid, and is restored once payment is received. Suspension does not cancel the remaining balance owed under your service agreement.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically right after purchase. AI agent builds are delivered as a done-for-you service on the timeline in your service agreement. There is no physical shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
7. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can fix it quickly. If a payment is disputed or reversed, access to the related products and services may be suspended while the dispute is open.
8. No guarantee of results
Our trainings are educational and practical tools. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, revenue, savings, time savings, or business results. Examples, demonstrations, and case studies are illustrative only and are not typical. Your results depend on many factors, including your business, effort, market, and how you apply what you learn.
9. Third-party AI tools and platforms
Our trainings show you how to use third-party software and AI services. Those tools are provided by their own companies, under their own terms, pricing, and availability, which may change at any time. We are not responsible for third-party tools, their costs, or their outputs. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI tool produces before you rely on it or send it to others, and for using these tools in line with the law and the platforms' rules.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store or our products, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, infringe anyone's rights, or use anything you learn from us for unlawful, deceptive, or spam activity.
11. Intellectual property
All content in the store and in our products, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and the Lighthouse Voyages name, is owned by Lighthouse Voyages LLC or our licensors and is protected by law. Except for the license in Section 4, no rights are granted to you.
12. Disclaimers
The store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Voyages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lighthouse Voyages and its owners, team, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the store or products or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the store.
