Digital trainings: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the training videos have not been accessed. Once accessed, the sale is final.

AI Operator Lite and AI Operations Team: 110% money-back guarantee on the one-time build fee for 60 days, when you complete onboarding, deploy your agent, and give it a fair chance to adjust. Full terms are in your service agreement.

AI Bot Care (monthly): Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you paid for. Monthly fees are not refunded and are not covered by the build guarantee.

Always refunded: Duplicate charges, billing errors, or an access problem we cannot fix.

How to request a refund: Email cp@lighthousevoyages.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method (5 to 10 business days). Please contact us before disputing a charge, we can usually fix it faster.
